Refund policy

Customer first is paramount at The Quest Suppliers, for this reason, we offer a simple refund and returns policy.

Within 14 days of receiving your purchase please contact thequestsuppliers@gmail.com. Once receiving notification your refund is well underway.

Our customer service team will reply back within 48hrs as to your next steps.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition as you received it with proof of purchase.

If an item is faulty simply email thequestsuppliers@gmail.com, with the following information:

*Proof of purchase

*Order number

*Photo detailing the fault

We will be happy to process your return

Please note that there are no exchanges or refunds on sale items.

Refunds
Once we receive your return and it is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you.

Now that your return has been approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for this payment to appear in your account. After this time, you haven’t received your refund, please contact your credit card company first, as it may take time from your banks end for the refund to be officially posted. There can often be additional processing time before a refund is posted.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange please email us at thequestsuppliers@gmail.com.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
